My work invites you to move into a lived, attentive relationship with the land. Through writing, art, and grounded teaching, I offer a path back to relationship: with animals, birds, wildflowers, rivers, and seas.

BOOKS
The paperback of TWO LIGHTS was published in July 2025. The book was nominated for the RSL Ondaatje Prize for writing about place.
Forthcoming in 2026, In the Moon Pool is an illustrated hardback collecting 10 years worth of short essays on nature and place.
Modern life disconnects us from the living world. I believe creative and attentive practice can be a way back.
My work is about living simply, connecting to place and the more-than-human world.
ART
I use an ancient painting technique combining Indian ink and salt to create images that mirror the flow and movement of wild places and their inhabitants.
